ConclusionsA vast majority of Dutch women attempting pregnancy and Dutch pregnant women use the Internet to search for information and to make decisions about their pregnancy, however they were not satisfied with the information available online. A reliable, informative, interactive and up-to-date website is deemed necessary.

Conclusions: BI affects 1 in 10 mothers, and although BI and PPD are strongly associated at 6-8 and 12-15 months after delivery, BI at 6-8 months is the main predictor of later BI. This study explores health professionals’ perceptions and concerns about domestic violence against women in services dealing with pregnant women.
