The effect of bilateral U-sutures in pancreaticojejunostomy in 75 consecutive cases.

CONCLUSIONS: Bilateral U-sutures are a safe, simple, and effective technique in pancreaticojejunostomy, preventing the primary complication of anastomotic leakage, and worthy of wide use.
