Independent relationships of daily life activity and leisure-time exercise with metabolic syndrome and its traits in the general Japanese population
ConclusionsOur results suggest that higher daily life activity and higher moderate-intensity exercise may be independently associated with a lower risk of metabolic syndrome in Japanese adults.
