Arsenic trioxide inhibits EMT in hepatocellular carcinoma by promoting lncRNA MEG3 via PKM2.

In conclusion, our study demonstrates a novel mechanism by which arsenic trioxide inhibits EMT in hepatocellular carcinoma by promoting lncRNA MEG3 and PKM2 negatively regulating MEG3.
