ConclusionsHealth care providers and especially obstetricians should be aware of the diagnosis of ruptured SAA in a pregnant woman with abdominal discomfort and hemodynamic deterioration. In addition, once an asymptomatic pregnant patient is diagnosed with a SAA, conservative surveillance may be allowed.
