Protective effects of ghrelin on kidney tissue in rats with partial ureteral obstruction

Conclusion: Ghrelin administration to rats after the formation of an experimental partial unilateral ureteral obstruction reduces tissue damage due to ghrelin’s antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects.
