Behind the latest spike in measles cases

The World Health Organization says measles cases rose 300 percent worldwide in the first three months of 2019, compared with the same period last year. New numbers from the CDC show 555 cases have been reported in the U.S. across 20 states this year. Measles is extremely contagious and can be deadly.
