Abstract Fisetin (3,3',4',7-tetrahydroxyflavone) is a bioactive polyphenolic flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables. It exhibits a variety of pharmacological activities including anticancer and anti-invasive effects. Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) allows the tumor cells to acquire increased migratory and invasive properties mediating their dissemination to faraway sites, thus favoring metastasis. With metastatic lung cancer claiming the majority of lung cancer-related deaths, agents targeting the pathways underlying metastasis are translationally promising. In the present study, we have explored...

Conclusion: Our findings of immunotherapy treatment outside clinical trials support the results of studies in the past and confirm the efficacy and favorable toxicity profile of nivolumab treatment in advanced SQ-NSCLC patients. In addition, we can present some rarely described information about nivolumab treatment of heavily pretreated patients, which provides some evidence that immunotherapy could also be useful in later therapy lines.Oncol Res Treat

In this study, we treated egg-laying hens with DA, screened for key mRNAs and lncRNAs related to immune regulation using transcriptome technology, and performed cell experiments to explore the specific molecular biological mechanisms underlying the regulation of immune responses by lncRNAs. Materials and Methods Materials The DA used in this study was synthetically produced by the Kai Meng Co. (Xi An, Shanxi, China) Chemical Plant with a purity of 99.9%. Feeding Experimental Design and Bird Management The experimental animal procedures were approved by the China Agricultural University Animal Care and Use Committee (B...
