Acute kidney injury in patients with HELLP syndrome

ConclusionsElevated creatinine was an independent predictor of maternal mortality in HELLP syndrome. AKI severely affects renal prognosis and mortality in pregnant women. The occurrence of AKI was related to infection, severe hypertension, and renal ischemia.
