What have you been doing with your time for the past 3 years?
Presumably if you've completed GCSE equivalent and then had a gap, you must be about 19 now?
If you've not done any A-level equivalent education, then this would seem a sensible first step. In order to keep the most options open, it would be sensible to take A-levels in chemistry, biology, and one other subject.
An alternative to A-level qualifications, might be an Access to Medicine course, but you normally can't do this until you're 21+, and you are usually very limited in the universities you can apply to if you do this.
You won't be able to apply for a medicine foundation programme without A-level equivalent qualifications. Foundation programmes are designed either for those with the right grades but wrong subjects (eg Arts A-levels) - or right subjects but lower...
