Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated scleritis: A diagnostic challenge and outcome

ConclusionANCA-associated vasculitis can have atypical ocular presentation and can be clinically misdiagnosed as conjunctivitis. Long term visual and systemic complications can be prevented with early detection and prompt immunosuppressive treatment.
