N.S. Legislature passes presumed consent bill for organ donation

Members at Province House unanimously passed the Human Organ and Tissue Donation Act Friday, a bill that will require people to opt out if they do not want to be an organ donor. The bill still needs to be proclaimed and that's expected to take up to 18 months.
