Hydroxychloroquine treatment during pregnancy in lupus patients is associated with lower risk of preeclampsia.
CONCLUSION: Our data showed pregnancy outcomes in SLE patients can be improved in the HCQ treatment group with about 90% reduction of preeclampsia.
