The ultrastructural effects of surgical treatment of hydrosalpinx on the human endometrium: a light and electron microscopic study.

In conclusion; serious structural changes have occurred in endometrial tissues of hydrosalpinx patients. These structural abnormalities have removed after surgical treatment so it is considered that surgical treatment is effective in patients with hydrosalpinx.
