Effects of Electronic Cigarettes on Oral Cavity: A Systematic Review
ConclusionThe results suggest that electronic cigarettes are less harmful compared to conventional cigarettes. However, there is also a greater susceptibility of electronic cigarette consumers to developing alterations in oral biological tissues compared to ex-smokers or non-smokers. There is still a clear need for the development of new studies.
