Optimal adjuvant therapy in patients with clinically N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who undergo neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery is unknown. We evaluated the impact of adjuvant chemotherapy (CT) and external beam radiation (EBRT) in this clincal scenario.
