Molecular characterization of neuroendocrine-like bladder cancer.

CONCLUSION: A single patient classifier was developed that identifies patients with histological urothelial cancer harboring a NE transcriptomic profile. These tumors represent a high-risk subgroup of MIBC which may require different treatment.
