Somatization, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders in a Rhinology Practice.
CONCLUSIONS: Patients should be counseled about the pathophysiology and psychiatric comorbidities affecting their primary rhinologic complaints. The provider needs to set realistic treatment expectations in order to achieve the desired clinical outcomes.
