Drugs in Renal Disease and Pregnancy

Data regarding safety in breast-feeding are also described. Practical recommendations are made about use in women with CKD including newer agents with more limited experience of use in pregnancy. Pharmaokinetic and dynamic issues are outlined and general principles for prescribing in pregnant women with CKD are listed. Resources to investigate drug safety are described.
