Judge Partially Grants, Denies Multiple Exclusion Motions In Groundwater Case

GREENVILLE, Miss. - A federal judge in Mississippi on March 4 partially granted and partially denied multiple motions in limine to exclude evidence in a groundwater contamination lawsuit, ruling that the defendants failed to show that evidence "related to the egregiousness" of their conduct should not be admissible (Joe E. Sledge, et al. v. Meritor Inc., et al., No. 16-cv-053, N.D. Miss.).
