Flint Defendant: Lead Claims Should Be Dismissed, Barred By Statute Of Limitations

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - One of the state defendants in the lead-contaminated water crisis lawsuit in the city of Flint, Mich. on March 22 filed a brief in Michigan federal court contending that the claims against him should be dismissed because the claims are barred by the statute of limitations (In re Flint Water Cases [Luke Waid, et al. v. Richard D. Snyder, et al.], No. 16-10444, E.D. Mich.).
