Short sleep duration, not sleep apnea, linked to daytime sleepiness
Daytime sleepiness is associated with short sleep duration, not obstructive sleep apnea, according to new research. Sleep apnea was, however, linked to higher incidences hypertension, obesity and dyslipidemia.
