Mutations in the mitochondrial tryptophanyl ‐tRNA synthetase cause growth retardation and progressive leukoencephalopathy
ConclusionsOur results establish the identifiedWARS2 variants as disease ‐causing and highlight the benefit of including human neuronal models, when investigating mutations specifically affecting the nervous system.
