Clinical score predictive of abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) <60 cm H2O in the urodynamics study of women with stress urinary incontinence

ConclusionsPresence of a fixed urethra, positive empty bladder test and patients with a high degree of SUI symptoms according to the Stamey score are independent clinical predictors of intrinsic sphincter deficiency. This score could represent a useful clinical tool to predict the presence of ALPP < 60 cm H2O based on clinical parameters.
