Vasoconstrictor component of atherothrombotic culprit lesions in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
ConclusionThis study showed the presence of a vasoconstrictor component in atherothrombotic culprit lesions in STEMI patients receiving primary PCI. Vasodilating effort by NTG may decrease stent length used for culprit lesions.
