ConclusionsPatients receiving radiotherapy for PCa have a higher risk of BCa. BCa after EBRT, RI, and EBRI is more likely to be non-urothelial, stage T4, and with increased BCa-SM. Prior RI associated with a higher rate of BCa metastasis.
