CDC: Agency Forms Undergoing Paperwork Reduction Act Review

Notice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of a proposed information collection revising and extending the annual National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) through 2021. NAMCS provides information on office visits to physicians, as well as non-physician clinicians in community health centers. Some items will be modified or deleted, including data items on HIV and sexually transmitted infection prevention, alcohol and substance abuse screening, and culturally and linguistically appropriate services. Comments are due within 30 days of publication of this notice.
