Vacancies for Band 7 Senior Clinical Nurse Specialists in Endocrinology (QEHB and HGS) at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.Salary:£33,222-£43,041Interview date expected to be10 April 2019Two exciting opportunities have arisen for individuals to contribute towards the provision of excellent patient care within our Endocrinology and Diabetes Service. We are looking to appointment two Senior Clinical Nurse Specialists in Endocrinology. One post will be for our Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull Hospital site (HGS) and the other for our Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham(QEHB) site. Successful candidates will join a team of experienced specialist nurses in a tertiary endocrine referral centre and will be given full structured training and supervision to develop their skills in endocrinology.The Endocrine Services at both sites (HGS and QEHB) have close links with Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Birmingham Women’s Hospital. The clinical nurse specialist (CNS) team works in close collaboration with endocrine consultants, endocrine surgeons, neurosurgeons, oncologists, paediatricians, obstetricians, gynaecologists, rheumatologists, renal clinicians and other clinical nurse specialists within the Trust.
