Higher preprocedural fibrinogen levels are associated with aneurysm sac regression after EVAR.
CONCLUSIONS: Higher preprocedural fibrinogen, absence of persistent type II endoleak and higher age were predictive factors of aneurysm sac regression post-EVAR.
