Host miRNA Profile of Aspergillus Colonization Resulting in CLAD in Lung Transplant Recipients

Chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) has been associated with Aspergillus colonization after lung transplantation. We sought to identify the miRNA profile that distinguishes Aspergillus colonization with CLAD from Aspergillus colonization without CLAD in bronchoalveolar lavages (BALs) collected from lung transplant recipients (LTRs).
