Associations of BMI and Waist Circumference with All-Cause Mortality: A 22-Year Cohort Study.

CONCLUSIONS: Overweight was associated with lower all-cause mortality in young males and middle-aged females, but underweight demonstrated the opposite association in all elderly participants.
