One of Cincinnati ’s largest hospitals reportedly closing

Shriners Hospitals for Children-Cincinnati, which treats patients for everything from serious burns to dog bites and birth defects, reportedly will close. The Shriners parent system based in Tampa, Fla., made the decision to move its operations to Dayton Children’s Hospital, according to a posting to Facebook by the Syrian Shrine Cincinnati. A spokeswoman for the Shriners Hospitals for Children-Cincinnati said a statement would be issued later t his morning. Shriners headquarters didn’t respond…
