UK medical schools- extra time policies

Thread Starter UK medical schools- extra time policies Follow 6 hours ago 6h ago I have already applied for medicine (2019 entry) and am waiting to hear back from my unis after interviews. I already get 25% extra time in my exams because I have dyslexia but I'm currently really struggling to finish any papers in time, in my last few sets of mocks I haven't finished a single paper in time and I am considering asking for a re-assessment and 50% extra time for my A-levels. As my UKCAT didn't go too well and I seriously don't think I have much chance of being accepted this year, I am going to take a gap year and reapply, to Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh and I'm not sure on the 4th uni. I would appreciate if anyone knew anything about UK med school's extra time policies, specifically if 50% extra time would be held against me in an application.
