Surgical Anatomy of the Uterosacral Ligament Colpopexy

(Abstracted from Female Pelvic Med Reconstr Surg 2017;24:380–382) The most frequent complication in reports of uterosacral ligament (USL) colpopexy is ureteral compromise, resulting from either kinking or direct ureteral injury. The incidence of this complication was 3% to 5% in a number of studies.
