ConclusionIn compliance with obstetrical mechanics, spatulas should be considered as an effective instrument during EAH with maternal and foetal safety. This is the first cohort describing the use of an instrument to manage EAH during vaginal breech delivery, while knowledge and mastery of this technique are essential to manage this situation.
