Harmonized Outcome Measures for Use in Asthma Patient Registries and Clinical Practice

A minimum set of patient outcome measures was developed through a consensus-based process for use in asthma research and clinical practice. Measure definitions were mapped to standardized terminologies to support implementation in electronic health records.
