The author suggests CaSc is free information. That's true on some level but the study isn't obtained in the same way and also requires post-processing. Adding a score to every chest CT is hardly free. On the other hand, if reimbursement reflected the added value, it would make sense to report this for any chest CT. This would be a good case for AI.
