Similar Effectiveness of Total and 270 ° Posterior Fundoplication for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

This study confirms the results of a randomized clinical trial of open total and posterior partial fundoplication with 2 decades of follow-up, which showed that the 2 procedures result in similar control of reflux.
