Ezh2 controls development of natural killer T cells that cause spontaneous asthma-like pathology
The epigenetic regulator Ezh2 suppresses development of an IL-4-expressing natural killer T cell population that causes hyper-IgE, airway inflammation and airway hyperreactivity in mice.
