Do NOT carry heavy baby car seats, new mothers are told because they can cause the BLADDER to slip

The Professional Network of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy has warned new mothers to leave seats in the car and carry their baby separately to avoid the risk of prolapse.
