1. Body Image, Sexual Function, and Reproductive Characteristics in Adult Women with CAH Compared to Age, Race, and Marital Status Matched Controls

Classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) results in elevated androgens in-utero, and varying levels of 46XX virilization. Management has focused on early genital reconstruction, although data regarding long-term outcomes is sparse and inconclusive. We aim to determine how sexual function, body image, and perception of health differ in patients with CAH compared to healthy controls, as well as evaluate contributing factors that may be associated with these differences.
