The Landscape of Chimeric RNAs in Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma.
CONCLUSION: Our findings provide a panoramic view of the landscape of chimeric RNAs in bladder cancer. Some frequent chimeric RNAs are generated by intergenic splicing, and represent a new repertoire for potential biomarkers.
