A multicentre audit of the use of bronchoscopy during open and thoracoscopic repair of oesophageal atresia with tracheo-oesophageal fistula.
CONCLUSION: Use of bronchoscopy varies considerably between institutions. Infants undergoing tracheo-oesophageal fistula repair are at risk of peri-operative respiratory morbidity.
