NASA-NOAA satellite finds Typhoon Wutip's eye clouded

(NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center) NASA-NOAA's Suomi NPP satellite passed over the Northwestern Pacific Ocean and captured an image of Typhoon Wutip that revealed its eye was clouding over.
