Uterine torsion in the second trimester of pregnancy.

CONCLUSIONS: Uterine torsion may present with non-specific symptoms or be asymptomatic. Urgent laparotomy and rotation of the uterus into its normal anatomical position gives chance for normal course of pregnancy.
