Antifibrinolytic Agents for Hemoptysis Management in Adults with Cystic Fibrosis.

CONCLUSIONS: A pathway utilizing systemic antifibrinolytic therapy to treat hemoptysis in CF patients was associated with a reduction in hospital admissions. No serious adverse events were observed.
