Toxicities associated with the systemic chemotherapy is a major concern in the treatment of colorectal metastases. The aim of this study was to evaluate a liposome nanoparticle that locally delivers oxaliplatin under alternating magnetic field (AMF) stimulus in a rat model of colorectal liver metastases (CRLM).
