Individual approach at the treatment of vaginal aplasia in adolescents by using the physiotherapy techniques
Introduction: Aplasia of the vagina and uterus is found 1 times in the 4000 –5000 newborn girls. From all cases of aplasia 90% takes syndrome Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser-Mayer. The main complaint of patients is the absence of menstruation and inability in sexual life. The first line of therapy is vaginal dilation. Aplasia of the vagina – a pathology that not endangered for life, but causes psychological, social and reproductive difficulties that's why it is necessary to modernize the classical treatment to improve the quality of medical care and its effectiveness.
