Laparoscopic treatment of pelvic endometriosis and intraligamentary fibroid in a nulliparous woman

We present an interesting case of a nulliparous patient that underwent laparoscopic surgery for pelvic endometriosis and 2 years after a laparoscopic excision of an intraligamentous fibroid.
