DiscussionDespite a smaller sample size, Hispanics demonstrated longer disease duration with Alzheimer's disease, but not greater lifespan. Neuropathologic differences across ethnoracial groups supported differences in tau pathology distribution and coexisting hippocampal sclerosis, which may impact biomarker studies.
